Funny comment seen on Blizz General Forum

We are aware of login issues, network instability, long server queues, massive lag. The network team is currently working on it and they should have a fix for it real soon. I'm sorry but I don't have any ETA. Our credit card processor is working perfectly though, all of our infraestructure is dedicated to charging your credit card with no delays, lag or instability.
